Purchase your tickets here: www.tinyurl.com/KGF-HappyGardening.
All tickets are $10 online. Children 16 years of age and under are free.
Buying your tickets online has loads of benefits:
* You’ll gain faster entry into the garden festival.
* You’ll go into the draw to win $500 worth of edible and medicinal plants from Kalamunda Plant Company.
* You’ll go into the draw to win a Seasol prize pack.
* Remember, there’s no added booking fee or handling fee when booking online (we’re covering those).

The Kalamunda Garden Festival was started by and is run by the Kalamunda Plant Company.
Andrew from the Kalamunda Plant Company is a horticulturist, propagator and grower. He grows all his own plants and sells them online via www.kalamundaplants.com.au.
Andrew grows all his plants in natural, compostable coir pots. No plastic pots and no plastic plant labels are used.

There’s minimal parking at Stirk Park. Guests usually use surrounding street parking or park in the townsite then walk down (about a five minute walk). We’ll have our usual Plant Crèche in action where guests can leave their purchases, go grab their cars then load up with ease. The City of Kalamunda may have parking inspectors patrolling so please double check you’re not blocking anyone’s driveways, obstructing footpaths or parking in areas with signage stating no parking. ACROD parking is located along Headingly Road.
Yes. We offer a free shuttle bus back and forth from the City of Kalamunda Administration Carpark – 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda. First bus leaves the carpark at 9:30am. Last bus leaves the garden festival at 3:15pm. Bus runs roughly every 20 minutes.
Yes. Transperth buses leave every thirty minutes from the new High Wycombe Train Station. Buses that leave at 18 minutes past the hour will drop you at the event and those that leave 48 minutes past the hour will drop you on Railway Road, then there’s a five minute walk down Lindsay Street to the garden festival. If you have a SmartRider card, you’ll get free transport on Sundays. Here’s a link to the Transperth Journey Planner: https://bit.ly/KGFJourneyPlanner
No. The City of Kalamunda doesn’t allow dogs in Stirk Park. Our event is fenced and we can’t allow dogs into the garden festival as it breaches our event approval agreement and any future garden festivals may not be given permission to proceed in that location if we don’t adhere to the rules.
Yes. EFTPOS can be used all around the event. All stalls (except for two) take EFTPOS.
We’ll have our popular Plant Crèche service available again. You can leave your purchases at the Plant Crèche and we’ll take good care of them whilst you’re looking around the garden festival and enjoying the guest speaker talks. When you’re leaving the garden festival, go grab your car then come and load up. The Plant Crèche is shown on the map and located along Headingly Road.

Yes. The garden festival is held in a park. There are some concrete paths but the majority of the event is on grass. There is a very gradual slope in some areas. We install a ramp at each event to ensure access to all areas.
Andrew and Mandy, a local husband and wife team, run the Kalamunda Garden Festival. The garden festival is not a City of Kalamunda event nor does it receive financial support from them.
Andrew and Mandy donate their time to run the event.
Here’s a map of the layout. We don’t hand out paper copies at the event, so if you would like a copy, please print one prior to coming, or use your phone on the day. Large fixed printed maps are situated at each entrance, so you can view those on the day.
Here’s a list of the stallholder locations. We don’t hand out paper copies at the event, so if you would like a copy, please print one prior to coming, or use your phone on the day. Large fixed printed stallholder location listings are situated at each entrance, so you can view those on the day.
We hope you can join us at the Kalamunda Garden Festival on Sunday September 1st. The event organisers, stall holders, special guests and team of helpers are all looking forward to presenting you with the very best garden festival they can.
